Which one, then?
Pick Fresha if its marketplace brings you a steady stream of new clients and you are happy to pay a fee on each one. Pick Timely if you want more included texts, consultation forms and phone support on the higher plans, and no new-client fees.

Fresha vs Timely: the questions
01Is Fresha or Timely cheaper in Australia?
For a team, Fresha's plan is usually cheaper per month: A$29.95 + GST per bookable member against Timely's A$42 + GST per staff member on Build. For one person they are close: Fresha A$44.95 + GST, Timely A$42 + GST. Fresha also charges 20% on new marketplace clients; Timely says it charges no new-client fees. 02Does Timely charge commission like Fresha?
Timely's pricing page says "No new client fees" on every plan. Fresha charges a one-time 20% fee (minimum A$8) on brand-new clients who find you through its marketplace.
03Which includes more text messages?
Timely includes 100, 200, 350 SMS per staff member per month on Build, Elevate and Innovate. Fresha includes 20 automated messages per team member per month, then charges per text.
04Is there an option with no monthly fee at all?
Yes. Kairo is $410 once, then $0 a month, with no commission. Both Fresha and Timely pass that in under a year for a team of any size.
